Responsibilities & Context
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching, and share best practices.
- Identify training needs and facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of engagement and morale.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships, sales activities, and track performance metrics.
- Time to time report must be submitted to Head of Sales.
