Work Station: Globex Corporate HQ (Green Road, Dhaka) + Across the Country (As & When Required).

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the team.
Lead, coach, and guide team members to achieve individual and collective goals. Analysis of the market regarding the product and providing feedback to the higher management.
Ensure demand creation of products.
To support proposal preparation & submission.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Ensure order securing.
Ensure project planning, preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Ensure order execution. Ensure product demonstration/application.
Ensure timely and accurate feedback with higher management on operational outcomes.
