Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Masters

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field;

Experience

• At least 8 years

Additional Requirements

• Age 23 to 45 years

• 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
• Previous experience with land sales focusing in the Uttara, Purbachal and Uttarkhan areas preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive land sales and market growth.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate brokers, and industry partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
