Responsibilities & Context
Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
Ensure Proper Method & Time Study.
Ensure Proper line balancing & confirm daily line-wise production target.
To prepare operation bulletin, costing and line lay out for every new style.
Work place designing in a cost effective manner and line balancing.
Conduct & monitor Time – study, capacity study, production study.
Fixing & monitoring line score sheets by hourly output basis.
Analyze individual operator’s performance.
Unskilled operator’s performance follow up.
Line feeding with sewing technician and Line Supervisors (COT).
Ensure every sewing operator having skill card with pictures.
Factory Production Incentive report monitoring.
Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
