Responsibilities & Context

We seek an experienced individual for the role of Manager/ Asst. Manager (IE, Planning & Operation) Nannu Apparels Limited, a subsidiary of Nannu Group, is a 100% export-oriented knit composite initiative. It is a sister concern of prominent companies such as Nannu Spinning Mills Limited (Yarn Production: 92 ton/day), Nannu Textiles Mills Limited (Fabric Production: 153 million meter/year), Bexi Fabrics, etc. We are searching for ambitious, talented, and seasoned individuals to establish this project to be one of the best in the country.

To enhance efficiency, lead the implementation of several lean tools (5S, 6 Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, Visual Management System, etc.). Must play a substantial role in boosting productivity, by the implementation of IE practices. Supervise the work floor for maximum utilization of man, machine, and material. Increase productivity by implementing new processes and tools. Preparing worker’s skill matrix and supervising production. Make a monthly manpower forecast. On a daily basis, perform a time and motion analysis. Increase productivity by employing the right methods, identifying bottlenecks, and monitoring . Efficiency calculation of all workers on a daily & monthly basis and take essential measures to promote individual efficiency. Integrate and streamline production processes to rectify production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost. Production Break Down, SMV calculation. Govern day-to-day operations of all lines by conducting time study and motion study. Prepare and deliver reports with analysis to the Managing Director. Assure “zero” changeover time for each style and lead the entire COT team from the start. Achieve intended line balancing, select targets for all styles from the layout outset, and conduct a thorough capacity analysis. Ascertain daily earnings factory costs. Production balancing, Process engineering. In charge of evaluating the performance of the workforce. Create an IE team. Train the production staff in IE ideas and provide IE guidance to management. Prepare a KPI report every month. Finalize operation bulletins, line targets, and line balancing setup for new styles. Operators should be trained for individual operations as needed for certain processes.
