Responsibilities & Context
- Monitoring & controlling the IE related activities of a large RMG woven factory of having 100% export oriented woven business of all high-profile buyers.
- Design & layout of Man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
- Provide SMV & productivity for costing, OB for line layout & factory efficiency calculation with proper NPT record.
- Have to plan & execution how to reduce NPT & deeply follow up zero change over & RFT.
- Have to ensure Risk Analysis for upcoming product & have to practically implement in production floor.
- Have to ensure proper target setup, finding bottle neck & resolve it, line balancing following skill matrix.
- Have to improve motion & operation development.
- Efficiency calculation of all workers on daily & monthly basis and take necessary initiative to increase individual efficiency.
- Conducting of time study and motion study and idle man machine hours on daily basis.
- Prepare monthly manpower projection & budget.
- Labor cost analysis & improve the standard.
- Finalize capacity charts, create the loading, receiving & finishing plans & to manage deviations within the planning process.
- Reviewing production schedules, engineering specification, orders and related information to obtained knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities.
- Lead the team with proper guidance & leadership skill along with assessing subordinates & developing all to result oriented performance to match with company expectations.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
