Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for aiding employees in designing, developing, and delivering learning and development programs that enhance their skills, knowledge and capabilities.
  • Actively engage in identifying key challenges that can be addressed through training and development initiatives.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify training and development requirements across all departments within the Company.
  • Collaborate with Division/Departments to create training programs and ensure the effective implementation of development plans based on TNA results, delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Organize training materials and oversee training programs within the allocated annual budget, maintaining records for all employee training and development activities.
  • Monitor the execution of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual training plans for assigned departments.
  • Track and evaluate the progress of trainees through training modules, providing feedback to the Management.
  • Plan and deliver engaging training sessions to enhance the skills of staff members.
  • Coordinate both internal and external learning and development programs.
  • Ensure mandatory staff training programs such as Company Orientation and Induction.
