Additional Requirements

Job Location: Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management:
- Develop marketing plans for assigned brands.
- Prepare annual marketing plans, promotional strategies, and budgets.
- Monitor product lifecycle, brand performance, and market share.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
New Product Development & Launch:
- Identify new product opportunities, molecules, and therapeutic segments.
- Prepare business cases and launch proposals for new products.
- Coordinate product launch activities with relevant departments.
- Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and target market plans.
Promotional Activities:
- Develop promotional materials, visual aids, product literature, leaflets, and digital communication tools.
- Organize CME programs, seminars, symposiums, conferences, and scientific events.
- Execute brand-building and promotional campaigns.
Sales Force Development & Support:
- Conduct product training programs for sales personnel and Medical Promotion Officers (MPOs).
- Prepare training manuals, product presentations, and scientific communication materials.
- Collaborate with field forces and conduct market visits to assess business opportunities.
Market Research & Business Analysis:
- Analyze sales performance, prescription trends, and market dynamics.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports.
Regulatory & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs for product registration and compliance matters.
- Liaise with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance departments.
- Ensure compliance with DGDA regulations and company policies.
