Manager / Asst. Manager- QC & QA

S. A Group of Industries is looking for experienced professional for the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Department who will lead the team of dynamic workforce in the S A Beverage Ltd, Bhatiyari at Chattogram.

(The applicant should be able to commit to stay longer period of time in Chattogram)·

• To implement, control and improve on Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs in order to ensure compliance and Good Laboratory Practice to meet the quality expectation by customers & regulatory bodies.
• To ensure quality objectives and product performance are met through constant monitoring and improvement of internal and external requirements.
• To be the Quality Management Representative in all aspects of quality audit, compliance as well as obtaining new accreditations.
• Ensure overall quality control of Water and Beverage production processes.
• Implement and maintain quality standards (ISO, BSTI, HACCP, etc.).
• Lead laboratory testing and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and compliance teams.
• Handle audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
• Manage the QC team, ensure training, and performance evaluation.
• To monitoring quality of raw materials, finished goods, packing materials, water quality, pest management, Safety, Hygiene & sanitization etc.
• Responsible for the overall production of high quality, The overall implementation and maintain of quality standards in the Plant.
• Responsible for managing and analyzing the root cause analysis exercise pertaining to any complicated issues arising from daily operations.
• To planning duties within QA & QC stuff and related work schedule.
• To lead & motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively & productively.
• Report to the higher management / Plant head.
• Any others job assigned by management.
