Responsibilities & Context

• Lead and oversee a team of technicians, offering mentorship, training, and ongoing support as required.
• Possess comprehensive expertise in the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty, medium, and light vehicles.
• Design and enforce service protocols and policies aimed at enhancing efficiency and workflow.
• Manage inventory by tracking part availability and placing orders for required materials and components.
• Evaluate performance data from the maintenance and repair division to pinpoint inefficiencies and apply necessary improvements.
• Supervise technician schedules and task distribution to maximize productivity and resource efficiency.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities, maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
