We are part of a dynamic group and operate several strategic business units that collectively employ over 10,000 dedicated professionals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Banking to join our corporate office. The ideal candidate will manage all banking-related critical issues in our accounts and commercial departments, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with relevant regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all banking activities, including transactions, reconciliations, and negotiations with financial institutions.
- Manage critical banking issues related to the accounts and commercial departments.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Handle import/export documentation and LC (Letter of Credit) processing.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, fund transfers, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
