Additional Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in banking or financial management, preferably in the Knit garments industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, financial reporting, and commercial documentation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Age limit may be relaxed for retired BankersUnderstanding of Loan Documentation

We are part of a dynamic group and operate several strategic business units that collectively employ over 10,000 dedicated professionals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Banking to join our corporate office. The ideal candidate will manage all banking-related critical issues in our accounts and commercial departments, ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with relevant regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all banking activities, including transactions, reconciliations, and negotiations with financial institutions.
• Manage critical banking issues related to the accounts and commercial departments.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Handle import/export documentation and LC (Letter of Credit) processing.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, fund transfers, and foreign exchange transactions.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
