Responsibilities & Context

Develop and execute key brand campaigns annually to enhance Apex’s market presence and increase brand equity.

Ensure 100% alignment of brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels (digital, in-store, traditional media).

Lead product collection marketing campaign launches per season, ensuring timely execution and targeted results.

Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Lead and mentor a team of brand marketers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.

Conduct monthly market research to gather data on consumer behavior, identifying actionable insights per study.

Monitor customer/sales team feedback across all retail outlets and e-commerce platforms to drive data-driven strategic decisions each quarter.

Monitor product performance with monthly reports and drive changes in branding & placement to maintain sales growth year-over-year·

Drive collaborative execution of cross-functional initiatives each quarter to support brand growth.

Lead digital marketing initiatives across digital platforms (social media, SEO, paid ads), aiming to increase brand visibility.

Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives.

Track expenses and report on budget performance, making adjustments as needed to stay within financial targets.

Ensure store footfall for retail stores through integrated marketing campaigns & innovative ideas·

Work with the retail & internal team to improve in-store experiences, increasing repeat purchases.

Identify new fashion and retail trends each year to drive innovation within the brand.

Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Oversee the development and execution of brand guidelines to maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.

Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content that reflects the brand’s identity.

Partner with the PR and communications teams to manage the brand’s public image and reputation.
