Responsibilities & Context
- Candidate should have practical experience in Building Construction Works.
- The candidate should have experience and strong knowledge in Civil Engineering specially in the Supervision of building finishing works and maintenance works.
- Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Monitoring contractor productivity and efficiency to ensure work is completed within established schedules.
- Accepting material deliveries and tracking material delivery status.
- Prepare Site Materials Estimation, Contractor Bill Checking & Requisition.
- Checking the quality of materials & works.
- Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the management.
