Additional Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate (mandatory).
Strong communication skills, innovation, and self-discipline.
Proficiency in Bengali and English, with excellent writing, interpersonal skills, and ethical integrity.

Drive sales and marketing efforts for residential apartments.
Possess knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, particularly RAJUK policies.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, motivating team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Supervise and support sales and marketing activities, offering guidance for team improvement.
Build a new customer base and maintain positive relationships with current clients, while developing strategies for new customer acquisition.
Prepare and submit daily sales and marketing reports to management.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Schedule client meetings, arrange project visits, and ensure exceptional client service.
Foster relationships with both new and existing customers.
Negotiate with clients, demonstrating persuasive and assertive communication
