The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Development Agency, Consulting Firms, Research Organization

Take lead role in background & preparatory activities for tender submission for acquisition of donor funded & public-sector projects e.g. Health, Environment, Rural and Urban Development, Education, Agriculture, Institutional Capacity, Infrastructure, renewable energy, SME, Labor and Employment etc.
Preparation and submission of EoIs to agencies like WB, ADB, JICA, KfW, DFID, USAID, UN agencies and others bilateral donors and public-sector entities
Provide substantial technical input and organize tender preparation with functional focus sectors like: Health, Environment, Rural and Urban Development, Education, Agriculture, Institutional Capacity, Infrastructure, Labor and Employment, etc.
Preparation of the whole bid process including organizing and selecting team of consultants; methodology and work plan, activity schedule and budgetary issues
Project management and backstopping of ongoing projects;
Establish effective communication with Client, Donor Experts and Stakeholders;
Identification of project opportunities within the focus area in South, Central and South-East Asian region including Bangladesh;
Tracking emerging opportunities in the ADB CMS, eConsult system of WB and in other bilateral and multilateral systems;
Provide technical input for Project Preparation and Technical Assistance (PPTA), feasibility/Study, M&E, planning, implementation and capacity building of focused projects.
