Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management, Public Relation Companies, Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong command in English and Bangla.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing and visa processes.
- Ability to lead teams and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities & Context
We are an organization built on trust and commitment, operating two growing business wings:
- Shopnochura Student Consultancy – specializing in international student admission and visa processing.
- Visit Visa & Air Ticketing Company – providing A to Z visit visa, air ticketing, and travel documentation services.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Business Development to lead both operations, build partnerships, and ensure overall business growth. The selected person will directly report to the CEO/Managing Director.
“The selected candidate will work for both Shopnochura Student Consultancy and our newly established Visit Visa & Air Ticketing Wing.”
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies for both divisions.
- Set and achieve monthly and annual targets for student enrollment, visa processing, and ticketing sales.
- Identify new markets, countries, and services for expansion.
- Build and maintain partnerships with international universities, institutes, and travel partners.
- Negotiate agency agreements, MoUs, and commission structures.
- Supervise digital and offline marketing activities to generate leads and conversions.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve company objectives.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the two business divisions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure professional service delivery.
- Prepare business reports and assist management in pricing and growth decisions.

+ Incentive: BDT 10,000-20,000 monthly (based on achieved revenue targets)
