Responsibilities & Context

• Take strategic initiative to optimize the sales performance·

• Develop and apply methods to improve the sales process·

• Ensure the optimal level of efficiency in all sales functions·

• Implement business excellent frameworks·
• Monitor key sales performance metrics·
• Enhance the customer experience strategics to maximize customer satisfaction·
• Monitor daily sales KPI & prepare the update report for top management.
• Conduct market analysis & develop comparative reports for top management.
• Prepare sales & business presentation with comparative data as weekly basis.
• Any other task given by the CEO, CHRO, CMO
