Responsibilities & Context

Job Purpose:

  • The primary purpose of this role is to streamline and automate operational processes within the commercial division by gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing project execution. This role ensures seamless collaboration across departments, oversees process automation initiatives, and facilitates the efficient allocation of resources to optimize business operations.
  • The individual will act as a key liaison between the Commercial and P&T divisions, as well as other key stakeholders such as Legal, ECAD, RISK, and CS teams, ensuring smooth release management and business alignment. Additionally, they will be responsible for defining clear project scopes, developing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and overseeing the implementation of automation projects.
  • To drive efficiency, the role involves governing third-party IT partners via Click-Up, ensuring timely task execution, and managing sprint backlogs to maximize resource utilization. By maintaining a structured and prioritized backlog, this role will ensure effective sprint planning and alignment with business objectives.
  • This position is critical in enhancing digital transformation efforts, improving operational workflows, and ensuring successful delivery of automation initiatives within the commercial division.

Job Descriptions:

This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. Business Requirement & Data Analysis

  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business requirements and data to identify automation opportunities.
  • Examine transactional reports and field force activities to detect inefficiencies and optimize operations.
  • Translate business needs into clear automation objectives that align with digitization goals.

2. Process Optimization & Problem Solving

  • Identify business challenges and develop effective automation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to design and implement workflow automation.
  • Continuously analyze process issues, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.

3. Stakeholder Communication & Coordination

  • Engage with senior management, business teams, and IT divisions to align automation initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Communicate and validate requirements, scope, and expected outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Serve as the liaison between the Commercial division and P&T, ECAD, CS, Finance, Legal, and Risk teams for process automation.

4. Project & Sprint Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of automation projects.
  • Manage third-party IT vendors via ClickUp, ensuring timely task execution and resource allocation.
  • Ensure sprint backlogs are properly managed and contain sufficient tasks to optimize resource utilization.
  • Secure necessary approvals and maintain alignment across departments to ensure project completion.

5. Documentation & Business Requirement Mapping

  • Develop clear and structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for all automation initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of process flows, automation architecture, and implementation details.
  • Ensure documentation is updated and accessible to internal teams and vendors for seamless execution.

6. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor automation impact and efficiency gains.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure solution effectiveness against digitization objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational performance and automation strategies.

7. Automation Identification & Data Discovery

  • Identify opportunities for workflow automation and recommend technology-driven solutions.
  • Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling to improve decision-making and optimize solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in automation processes to drive better business outcomes.
