Responsibilities & Context

• Create & Maintain a professional welcoming experience for Car Hut customers.
• Properly maintain & update car hut display cars.
• Maintain car hut appearance & cleanliness.
• Properly updating a sales forecast, managing inventory, preparing reports, and supervising sales staff of customers.
• Attend customer demonstrations.
• Develop and manage the overall event plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee site selection, venue negotiations, and contracts for expos.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, and other stakeholders for seamless event operations.
• Design floor plans and manage exhibitor booths, event layout, and space utilization.
• Ensure all legal and safety requirements are met in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and manage the event budget, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and revenue forecasts.
• Analyse financial performance post-event to measure profitability and identify areas for cost-saving.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Car Hut Expo and attract exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email- campaigns, and website content.
• Work with media partners and advertising agencies to maximize exposure.
• Collect feedback from exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees to evaluate event success.
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, car manufacturers, vendors, and media outlets.
• Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations from setup to teardown.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
