Education
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience

Additional Requirements
- Minimum 08 years of banking/financial services experience, with strong exposure to card business.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in product management (credit, debit, or prepaid cards).
- In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Bank guidelines, card PPG, and risk frameworks.
- Proven record of launching innovative and profitable card products.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an innovative and strategic Manager of Card Product will lead the design, development, and management of our card products. The role demands strong expertise in product lifecycle management, market analysis, regulatory compliance, and customer- centric innovation to ensure sustainable growth of our credit, debit, and prepaid card portfolio.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and portfolio management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, target segments, and emerging opportunities.
- Define and update Product Program Guidelines (PPG) on a timely basis, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams to launch and enhance card products.
- Drive innovation in product design, including digital-first and lifestyle-focused solutions.
- Establish strategic partnerships with payment networks (VISA, MasterCard, TakaPay, etc.), fintechs, and co-brand partners.
- Monitor product performance, profitability, and risk, recommending adjustments as required.
- Develop and implement campaigns, offers, and partnerships to boost card usage and penetration.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and internal policy frameworks.
- Mentor and guide the product team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
