Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Education would be relax for vastly experience candidates.
Experience
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements
- Age 45 to 55 years
Responsibilities & Context
- Have a sound technical knowledge in circular knitting.
- Properly understand buyer’s requirement.
- Run the R&D-knitting operation to achieve production target, quality (self-Development, Buyer Development, PP & 1st bulk) following the SOP.
- To confirm all sample knitting related parameter and provide to bulk concern as per SOP.
- Train, lead and coordinate the production team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
- Maintain proper documentation of Knitting processes, production reports, and quality records.
