  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in MEAL/Research. Experience in development or financial sector will be given preference.

JOB PURPOSE

To protect client’s right and implement responsible inclusive finance by designing interventions in a way that is likely to generate positive social impact in client’s life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To manage programme’s efforts in Client Protection and Social Performance initiatives for Microfinance activities in Bangladesh.
  • To conduct yearly Client Protection and Social Performance Audit.
  • To prepare result framework, Strategic Partnership Agreement (SPA) reporting, Log-frame and annual operations plan (AOP), Monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework for the program.
  • To develop, adopt and execute client Protection best practices across the country.
  • To Managing internal and external stakeholders requirements.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
