Experience

  • At least 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Event Management

Additional Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in the event industry
  • Females are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge about business exhibition and expo is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree with an excellent communication skill
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Proficient in English to maintain flawless communication with foreign clients & standard Bangla
  • Well-mannered and know the etiquette
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities & Context

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients regarding their event requirements
  • Understand client needs and objectives for each event and provide appropriate solutions
  • Onboarding new clients, develop working relationships and maintain client retention
  • Coaching and supporting team members to help them meet company goals
  • Keeping documentation and records of client interactions
  • Preparing presentation and client pitching
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop event proposals, timelines and other reports
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and manage event budgets
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events
  • Offering advice to clients on products or services
  • Maintenance of assigned client information and presentations on our internal website
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
