Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview:

Community Development Centre (CODEC) is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual for the position of Manager at its Training Centre in Kuakata (CTCK). The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial management, administrative functions, and overall maintenance of the facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage both people and resources effectively.

Key Responsibility:

  • Oversee facility management, ensuring high operational standards.
  • Regularly inspect and address structural issues of the centre.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and payments.
  • Handle administrative tasks like paperwork, staff scheduling, and inventory.
  • Develop operational plans and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage resources and inventory, reducing waste and controlling costs.
  • Schedule and manage staff, conducting performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain high customer service standards by addressing concerns and following SOPs.
