Additional Requirements

Monitor and supervise all the activities of the commercial department.
Responsible for managing all commercial activities like issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/ correction, shipment, payment realization, payment release etc.
Monitoring documentation with customs & as per L/C requirements also ensures the document’s proper submission.
Hand over the shipping document, L/C, and related documents and monitor the status of custom assessment, Port & Agent charge for clearing the merchandise.
Supervise all imports & exports through C&F agents & freight forwarders.
Liaison with Banks, Bond Customs, EPB, BGMEA, VAT office, and all other required offices, Export section, Import section, Customs section, Bank section, and Audit section.
Co-operates with suppliers (Local & Foreign) for shipment schedule and timely shipment-related information.
Responsible for preparing & submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the management / Superior for necessary action.
Responsible for giving a good account and proving to be equal to your responsibility. Work with quite efficient, trustworthy, committed, and dedicated.
Bond management with sound knowledge of H.S Code, SRO, etc.
Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
