• Experienced in the field of Import/ Export through L/C & T/T Freight Forwarding
• Strong knowledge regarding Bill of Lading and other shipping documents
• Good knowledge of sight, deferred and Back to Back L/C
• Knowledgeable on HS Code & SRO
• Experienced in handling local purchase
• Good in sourcing, attention to detail and negotiation skill

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the COO and give regular updates on the progress of various projects
• Responsible to manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation with buyers and sellers, payment realization, payment release etc.)
• Closely follow up all commercial process to execute in timely and cost effectively
• Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines and regulations.
• Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries
• Supervising import, export, transportation, and CNF operations.
• CNF bill checking and approval process on Oracle. Reporting to the top management of the company
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating local contracts, prices, timelines, etc
• Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
