Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management: Engage proactively with existing and potential clients to provide detailed information on products, pricing, availability, usage, payment terms, and other relevant details to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
- Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, digital outreach, and field visits to expand the client base.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market forecasts to the reporting authority. Maintain a clear sales pipeline and document client interactions using structured formats.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market and competitor information to understand customer preferences, market demand, and emerging trends. Recommend product and pricing strategies accordingly.
- Showroom Oversight & Sales Monitoring: Monitor and administer all showroom activities, ensuring sales staff performance, visual merchandising, and customer service meet organizational standards. Take responsibility of overall showroom sales progress.
- Coordination with Production: Facilitate seamless communication between sales and production teams. Ensure timely transmission of sales orders and production requirements to the factory to maintain supply chain efficiency.
- Customer Satisfaction & After-Sales Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales support, timely problem resolution, and consistent follow-ups. Develop long-term relationships to foster client retention.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of corporate sales strategies and participate in marketing initiatives to drive brand positioning and business growth.
- Independent Decision-Making: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and make sound decisions in complex and fast-paced environments.
- Gap Analysis & Product Development Support: Conduct regular market research to identify product or service gaps and work with relevant departments to introduce new offerings or improvements.
