Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Hospital, Hotels, Pharmaceuticals or other Corporate office of Cosmetics & Toiletries Products (Mainly Hand wash, Sanitizer, Detergent, Liquid Floor cleaner, Liquid Dishwasher etc).
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities of all products and services.
Plan, organize and monitor the sales activities to ensure to achieve the sales target.
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Visit Corporate Houses to ensure that Sales Forces are getting proper coaching, guidelines, motivation and support.
To organize the distributor for place the product smoothly.
To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management.
To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
Any other job assigned by the Management.
