The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

  • Preferable Marble & Granite or Tiles/ Ceramic, Cement Industries, Steel Mills, Developer, Real Estate
  • Strong negotiation skill and good sales & marketing knowledge.
  • Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
  • Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
  • Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
  • Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve organizations objectives
  • Must have good knowledge to create effective sales Planning and implementing effective business strategies to achieve the business growth
  • Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database and keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs
  • Ensure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential requirement
  • Act to achieve sales target of the Company
  • Supports team member and performs management duties
  • Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients
  • Proactively gather market feedback and monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities to support sales strategies of the Organization
  • Responsible for the performance of sales team, make sure that the team members complete their duties in time and accurate manner
  • Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, solves customer queries, and effectively handling customer complaints
