- Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve organizations objectives
- Must have good knowledge to create effective sales Planning and implementing effective business strategies to achieve the business growth
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database and keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs
- Ensure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential requirement
- Act to achieve sales target of the Company
- Supports team member and performs management duties
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients
- Proactively gather market feedback and monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities to support sales strategies of the Organization
- Responsible for the performance of sales team, make sure that the team members complete their duties in time and accurate manner
- Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, solves customer queries, and effectively handling customer complaints
