Responsibilities & Context

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the travel and tourism sector.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.

Marketing Leadership:

  • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and event-based marketing.
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials tailored to target customer segments.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Oversee the management of customer databases and CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of customer service.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, marketing campaign results, and industry trends.
  • Analyze data to forecast sales trends and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
