• Must be Fluent in English.
• Should have practical knowledge in handing security & safety equipment’s like Metal Detector, Archway, CCTV, DVR, NVR, IDS, smoke detector, fire extinguisher etc.
• Able to lesion with local police station.

Responsibilities & Context

• Maintain a visible security presence to ensure visitors feel safe and enjoy their experience at the center.
• Oversee the proper functioning of all security-related electronic and mechanical systems.
• Manage the guard force across all Visa Application Centers (VACs).Protect company property and ensure a secure working environment for employees, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Safeguard lives within VACs and implement loss prevention strategies to reduce incidents and accidents.
• Advise on security measures to protect people, assets, and processes through regular collaboration with Operations teams.
• Take responsibility for maintaining automated security systems.
• Ensure critical service levels are achieved, and contractual terms are met, reporting any deviations via incident reporting procedures.
• Enforce and oversee the implementation of company security policies and procedures. Plan, coordinate, and manage compliance inspections to ensure adherence to physical security best practices.
• Supervise the deployment and performance of security staff.
• Ensure prompt reporting and appropriate handling of security incidents. security awareness training for employees, vendors, and contractors.
• Participate in security operations including ID management, log reviews, and system monitoring. Escalate unresolved issues or policy breaches to management.
• Support investigations of suspected security violations or as required during audits, under the direction of the Head of Corporate Security.
• Respond swiftly and accurately to corporate security directives and any instances of information loss or misuse. Manage daily operations of the information security department.
• Review reports on criminal activities compiled by security personnel and assist with investigations as directed by the Regional Security Manager.
• Develop intelligence networks and analyze crime-related reports prepared by security staff.
• Monitor and manage network and system security by conducting independent system audits. Support the testing and upkeep of system security baselines and contribute to policy change implementation.
• Assist the Security Manager in administering standard security controls such as privileged ID and patch management.
• Oversee the effective deployment and monitoring of security teams. Ensure seamless execution of key security operations like ID administration and log analysis.
• Conduct risk assessments as needed, using problem and change management frameworks.
• Use natural resources responsibly and follow the organization’s environmental, health, and safety policies and objectives.
