- Deep GSD (UK) knowledge preferred
- Advanced knowledge of sewing machinery and production feasibility
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and oversee the costing function across all manufacturing units.
- Guide and supervise Assistant Managers to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy.
- Review, validate, and finalize Standard Minute Values (SMVs) and sewing constructions.
- Ensure accurate and feasible construction inputs for cost estimation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Planning, and Sample Departments.
- Maintain and regularly update the method and feature library for costing references.
- Conduct regular factory visits to validate operations and provide technical support.
- Drive process optimization and cost efficiency through GSD-based analysis.
- Train and develop team members to build capacity in GSD and costing methodologies.
- Support the Head of Group IE with reporting, analytics, and strategic planning.
- Take ownership of additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
