The applicant must have experience in Real Estate business

Collect all necessary documents during the initial customer interaction.
Update the register regularly to reflect new entries and modifications.
Review each customer’s application form for completeness and accuracy.
Follow up with customers to obtain any missing documents promptly.
Ensure all customer interactions and installment agreements adhere to the deed of agreement.
Scan and store digital copies of agreements.
Provide customers with information and assistance regarding their installment plans.
Collect installments on the specified dates.
Prepare and issue payment clearance letters once installments are cleared.
Prepare monthly reports detailing flat-wise installment collections.
Ensure complete installment collection against set targets.
Collect loan payments as per the agreed schedule.
Store modification clearance certificates.
Handle various customer payment-related applications.
Collect any applicable delay charges.
Adhere to all provided SOPs and instructions from management.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
