Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.

Responsible for overall Cutting Department about 30 lines woven Garments factory.
Must make sure consumption of fabric perfectly.
Must implement cutting projection.
Must support a team of 30 Production line.
Ensure on time completion of cutting to meet the production deadline Order Quantity completion as PO Wise, style wise.
Optimum utilization of work force by proper allocation.
Improve productivity and minimization of wastage by skill development of the workforce.
Resolve technical bottlenecks in the floor for smooth production flow and to achieve the right quality.
Labor Turnover and Absenteeism control as per plan.
Maintain safe, compliant, and pleasant workplace/factory.
Coordination with quality department to ensure quality of the produce.
Other tasks will be set up by the management from time to time.
Any other related task assigned by the higher authority.
