According to the cutting plan, generates a fabric requirement sheet or requisition slip to the fabric store to issue fabrics.
Woven fabrics require relaxation before cutting
Ensure collect the markers to prepare, the size combination to be set for each marker and the number of plies to be laid.
Procedure maintains on After cutting the fabric, layers are sorted size-wise and color-wise. Each ply is numbered using stickers.
Bundles are kept on inventory tables, before these are sent to undergo the next process.
Calculate the plan daily basis and monitor cutting table utilization, maintain a report.
Handle materials, machinery, equipment and tools safely and correctly to maintain a clean and hazard free working area.
Use materials efficiently to minimize wastage and dispose of waste safely at the designated location.
Relation between work role and the overall manufacturing process.
Analyze, evaluate and apply the information gathered from observation, experience.
Reasoning, or communication to act efficiently.
Documentation, Report preparation and Record Keeping.
