Responsibilities & Context
Manager (Cutting Room) Skilled CAD Software (2D/3D) Expert in Cut Plan and Pattern Marker Design.
- Experience with Machinery in the RMG Sector:
- Must have hands-on experience and sound technical knowledge of machines used in the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry.
- Experience in Management-Level Roles:
- Should have prior experience in handling managerial responsibilities, including team supervision, planning, and coordination with higher management.
- Expertise in CAD Software (2D/3D):
- Strong command over marker making, cut plan preparation, and pattern design using advanced CAD software.
- Strong Communication Skills:
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, principals, and internal teams.
- Target-Oriented and Dynamic Personality:
- Must be highly motivated to achieve sales goals, meet deadlines, and contribute to business growth through a proactive and result-driven approach.
