Additional Requirements

Debt Recovery:

Monitor the collection of dues and visit the different debt recovery dealers (as per the requirement) & submit the report to the management.
Ensure collection of the old dues as per monthly target.
Settle ADR and Case Dealer.

Different Agreement Validation Activities:

Must visit, validate and submit report to management before finalizing any kind of agreement or deed related to farms, dealers and others.
Updating agreement and dealer related information in ERP and assist to create code.

Legal Activates on Debt Recovery:

Follow-up the existing legal cases and face the case as per court date.
Submit a monthly report regarding the old due case related as well as ADR Dealers.
File GD/FIR/ cases as per the requirement.

Others Activates:

Liaison with private & government institutions including local police and other forces.
Handle and represent the company in all legal matters.
Perform any other job as assigned by the authority from time to time.
