Job Context: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. This position will be the right fit for you if you’re interested in developing sales strategy and leading a group of sales experts. You can advance your sales career to this high-level job by using your existing sales experience and obtaining the necessary education and training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales and achieve sales goals, consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals.
- Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Any other duties assigned by Management.
