- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop, implement and maintain KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.·
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights to inform strategic decision-making.·
- Collaborate with departmental ladders to establish performance benchmarks and targets.·
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on HR performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.·
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.·
- Support HR leadership in workforce planning, talent management and succession planning activities.·
- Utilize HR analytics tools and software to streamline data collection and reporting processes.·
