Responsibilities & Context

Title: Manager/Deputy Manager, Liability Sales Department

Reports to: Head of Liability

Location: Corporate Head Office, Dhaka

Nature: Permanent/Contractual

Position Summary: This position is target-driven, with a primary focus on building a high-performing Liability team to achieve both team and individual deposit mobilization objectives. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated leadership capabilities, exceptional sales and marketing skills, and a proven track record in relationship management. To be successful, the candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) industry and market dynamics. This knowledge is essential for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing strategic plans for new liability products. Responsibilities will include product development, formulating pricing strategies, establishing product guidelines, and creating branding and marketing plans. The ultimate goal is to enhance the profitability of CVC Finance Limited through effective mobilization of deposit products.

Major Duties and responsibilities:

• Achieving Deposit Targets: Successfully meet and exceed monthly team and individual liability business targets set forth by the management of CVC Finance Limited.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential individual and corporate deposit customers, actively follow up to facilitate new deposit customers.
• Team Member Sourcing: Demonstrate exceptional skills in sourcing of fund & effective team members to enhance team performance.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve group targets, individual targets for contributing to the overall success of the organization.
• Liability Business Growth: Drive the achievement of monthly liability target/business objectives established by CVC Finance Limited.
• Performance Monitoring and Motivation: Monitor team performance rigorously and motivate team members to attain specified deposit targets.
• Customer Retention and Service: Enhance the renewal and retention rates of existing liability customers by providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing depositor clients of CVC Finance.
• Business Opportunity Exploration: Investigate and exploit new business opportunities through diverse market channels.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly business performance reports to the line manager, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Ethical Standards and Compliance: Uphold discipline, ethical standards, and compliance in all transactional matters pertaining to CVC Finance.
