Responsibilities & Context
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflows and optimize overall performance.
- Oversee and provide support to staff, therapists, and support personnel, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene protocols and professional standards in all services provided.
- Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring a consistently high level of service quality.
- Oversee the skincare product inventory, maintaining appropriate stock levels and ensuring timely reordering.
- Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and promotional events to drive customer engagement and product sales.
- Track and analyze product sales, identify trends, and develop strategies to boost sales of skincare products and services.
- Generate operational performance reports, sales data analysis, and financial progress reports, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, health & safety standards at all times.
- Manage the scheduling systems to streamline customer flow, reduce wait times, and optimize client satisfaction.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and work closely with management to enhance profitability and control expenses.
