- Should have knowledge in productivity improvement.
- Should have knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Wcmf, Fsms, QMS, GMP, HACCP, IMS, US-FDA and Halal Food.
- Expert in handling ERP Software.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- To prepare production and process improvement plan.
- To follow standard operating procedure.
- To ensure standard manpower as per production schedule.
- Handling section in-charge, machine operators, supervisor & worker properly.
- To monitor machine breakdown report and other checklist provided in production floor.
- To control production cost, reducing wastage as well as proper utilization of manpower.
- To check standard output of finished goods as per materials consumption.
- To check & maintain log book used in production floor.
- Oversee production in auto biscuit.
