Responsibilities & Context
- Lead product design and development based on buyer needs and market trends.;
- Coordinate with buyers, present designs, and implement feedback;
- Manage suppliers and ensure quality control in production;
- Oversee product costing, budgeting, and timeline management;
- Lead and mentor the design and development teams.
- Communication with buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and product specifications for smooth procedures of orders;
- Prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers/CAP as per buyer’s requirement;
- Any other day to day activities as and when required.
