Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and efficiency in lead generation for required platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive insights and optimize campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager with Events Manager, Conversion API and Customized reporting with Engagement, Quality and Conversion Ranking
  • Knowledge of setting up and tracking GTM and GA4 to track multi-platform and multi-device data for retargeting
  • Reporting through Google Analytics and Google Search console
  • Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance
  • Knowledge of using Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Buzz sumo, SEMrush
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with web design and development, HTML/CSS, and WordPress is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

  • INTELLI Global Services is in search of a potential candidate for the position of Manager, Digital Marketing who will be responsible for planning and developing all digital marketing strategies, analyzing relevant data and creatively executing digital marketing campaigns. It is therefore essential that he has a comprehensive knowledge in the field and a full understanding of the latest trends of SEO and other areas of digital marketing. He must know how to use the most effective tools, techniques, and ideas on a wide range of platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO and SEM, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, keyword research, content marketing, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Adsense, Youtube Marketing, Blogging, Inbound Marketing, Outbound Marketing etc. and display advertising, to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Create compelling and relevant content for website, blog posts, social media, and email newsletters to engage and attract target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve results.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives and initiatives.
  • Creative planning and execution of all the Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns by using Facebook Ads Manager, more specifically, utilizing Conversion ads, and Lead ads with full understanding of Facebook Conversion API and pixel for retargeting ads.
  • Google Ads planning, measurement, audience and keyword analysis for best CPR on PPC and display ads.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
  • Regularly monitoring user analytics and using the insights to drive strategies to improve customer engagement.
  • Manage agency clients and effectively cater to their requirements
