Job Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve specific business goals and set clear objectives, monitor progress, and adapt strategies as needed.

  • Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content for websites, chatbot, blogs, social media, and email & SMS marketing and also ensure content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize web content to improve visibility in search engine results and conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and create content on various social media platforms & foster engagement, interact with followers, and execute paid advertising campaigns.

  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers and create compelling email content and segment audiences for targeted messaging.

  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and optimize ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic and monitor ad spend.

  • Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and create automated nurturing sequences and monitor performance.

  • Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and stay competitive in the digital landscape.

  • Brand Identity: Collaborate with different teams to stablish a strong brand position and develop packaging materials designs, marketing tools & menus.

  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for various digital marketing activities & ensure cost effective strategies while meeting performance goals.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data, segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts and also create & manage customers’ database.

  • Collaboration with the Design and content team to ensure the proper visual content for different social platforms and packaging items.
