• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Context

An established food sector enterprise is seeking a capable candidate for a well-remunerated position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain uninterrupted distribution process from production to delivery.
• Devise ways & means to upgrade delivery systems ensuring customer service.
• Monitor delivery schedules within timeframes to meet expectations and minimize delays.
• Supervise payment collection processes ensuring accuracy and timelines.
• Allocate & manage personnel, vehicles and other resources to meet distribution demands.
• Oversee refueling, maintenance & upgrading of delivery vehicles.
• Oversee area-wise performance of teams assigned for distribution & delivery areas and ensure accountability.
• Ensure timely resolution of related issues.
