Job Circular: Manager/ Dy. Manager-Payroll & HR Operation

Overview:

RFL, a leading local conglomerate with a rich legacy in the industry, renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, is seeking for “Manager/ Dy. Manager-Payroll & HR Operation” to oversee and optimize our Payroll Operation.

The Manager/ Dy. Manager of Payroll & HR Operations overseas payroll processing, ensures compliance with labor laws, manages employee benefits and improves operational efficiency within the HR department. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements, managing HR systems, and streamlining HR processes to enhance employee experience and organizational productivity.

Job Description:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including data validation, deductions, allowances, bonuses, and tax calculations.
  • Manage statutory compliance income tax, GDPS and liaise with regulatory authorities to meet legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team for payroll budget alignment and fund disbursement.
  • Resolve payroll-related discrepancies and address employee queries regarding salaries, taxes, and deductions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employee compensation and benefits in HRIS systems.
  • Supervise the maintenance of employee records, including personal details, attendance, leave management, and performance data.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational objectives.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll and HR operations for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement and manage HR technology platforms for payroll, attendance, and employee data management.
  • Manage risk by developing and implementing controls to prevent payroll errors or fraud.
