Responsibilities & Context
- Follow-up Dyeing program for proper batch loading, dyeing of Cotton, Cotton-Polyester blend using Vat, Reactive and Disperse dyes. (Dyeing of woven/knitted fabrics).
- Meet per day production requirements with proper programming and planning in dyeing Works out chemical recipes for dyes and decides on the correct treatments for different of fabric.
- Supervise dyeing operatives who mix dyes and feed the fabric through the machines.
- Oversee the Reactive and Indigo color dyeing for knitting and woven fabric and yarn.
- Do the design preparation of fabrics.
- Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
- Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
- Keep better relations & communication with any other section head for purpose of production.
- Produce various type of process of dyeing and it required develop the process.
- Right first time (RFT) control of every batch.
- Maintain COC & GPQ requirement.
