Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor all kinds of technical issue (Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing & AOP).
- Bridge management between Textile & Garment unit. Analyze problems which are facing garment unit.
- Develop solution and implement in production unit.
- Follow-up on time quality fabric development. Follow-up top 5 defects and maintain the TNA.
- Responsible for the first bulk approval from buyer/buying house. Risk analysis.
- Follow-up the bulk production to meet quality.
- Responsible to provide necessary support and update to buyer.
- Assist line manager for overall activities of knitting, dyeing, finishing and discuss in case of any technical issue. Give feedback & communicate with internal & external stakeholders to meet submission deadline.
- Monitor and analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and engineering, to streamline operations and resolve technical issues.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
