Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering from reputed public / privet University. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Manager – Electrical & Electronics to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the electrical and electronic systems in our Synthetic yarn manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance & Supervision: Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment in the manufacturing plant.
  • Project Management: Lead electrical projects, including new installations, upgrades, and modifications.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of electricians and electronic technicians.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical systems comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the electrical department budget.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of electrical maintenance and project activities.
