Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Manager – Electrical & Electronics to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the electrical and electronic systems in our Synthetic yarn manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Supervision: Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment in the manufacturing plant.
- Project Management: Lead electrical projects, including new installations, upgrades, and modifications.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of electricians and electronic technicians.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical systems comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the electrical department budget.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of electrical maintenance and project activities.
